Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it and get a refund. Everything must be in the same condition as when received in order to get a refund. This means that the products have to be returned intact and unused with tags attached and in their original packaging. I reserve the right to reject your return if this is not the case.

Unfortunately, exchanges are not offered. Please return your order and place a new one. 

You are responsible for the postage costs and choosing a carrier. Furthermore, your return shipment must always be sent with distribution. Returns are only accepted when delivered directly to the address below. Lastly, you are responsible for your return shipment until it has been received at the correct address. Therefore, you should secure a receipt as proof. 

1. Please send an email to hi@sigridsofiestudio.com with your order number, full name and address informing that you wish to make a return before doing so. 

2. It is very important that you fill out and include a printed version of my return form in the parcel.

3. The parcel must be returned to the address from which it was originally shipped. Contact me at hi@sigridsofiestudio.com to confirm the correct return address before shipping.

4. Your return will be processed as quickly as possible after it has been received. 

5. You will receive a full refund (shipping costs are not included) if the return is done correctly.
